Find A Crib is an informational tool, not a broker or landlord. We don't list apartments or take applications.
What am I looking at?
Every building on New York State's rent-stabilization register (about 47,000), with HPD violation and complaint counts, the neighborhood's typical rent from HUD, rents advertised in the last 5 days, buildings that take Section 8 vouchers, and open lotteries and waitlists from HousingSearch.ny.gov. Read what rent stabilization means and how to check your own apartment.

Find A Crib Plus
Plus unlocks managing-agent phone numbers, saved searches, listing alerts and landlord research. Manage or cancel a web subscription from Profile on findacrib.com; an App Store subscription is managed in your iPhone's Settings โ Apple Account โ Subscriptions.
Deleting your account

Something wrong with a building's data?
The register comes from NYS Homes and Community Renewal and violations from NYC HPD; we show what they publish. If a building looks wrong, email us the address and we'll look.
